Nabekan was established in 2025 with the goal of serving quintessential Japanese hot pot dishes, using famous Japanese ingredients such as Wagyu beef, domestic pork, and seasonal vegetables, while ensuring natural sweetness and nutrition through the flavor of the dashi broth. While offering innovative flavors, they also offer a uniquely Japanese experience.
